Meet the team

Ben's early working life was spent as a Civil Engineer specialising in bespoke drainage engineering. Ben is an expert in all aspects of planning, building works and drainage and has a plethora of expertise in the industry. 

The wealth of knowledge he has attained has placed him at the forefront of the industry in design, planning and building techniques allowing him to offer the very best to our customers.

Ben is the father of our signature garden rooms, something he and we are very proud of.

Outside of work Ben enjoys rugby, rowing and spending time with his wife and two young children.

Richard founded CKC with Ben after recognising the need for a company that provides local, good quality, end-to-end building services. In his early career, Richard worked in the legal industry but is now fully invested in his true vocation within the construction industry. 

Richard has a wealth of experience and is always happy to talk clients through their options.

Outside of work Richard devotes his time to his wife and two young children Jack and George.
